It is briefed as "UTILISING OUR TIME "it is very correct to utilize our time rather than wasting it or spending it on unnecessary things. "TIME KEEPS ON MOVING", it never waits for anyone, and the time that is gone, is gone for ever and will never come back again. So it’s advisable not to waste time. Therefore for managing our time we should always be prepared and there are precautions that we can take in order to synchronize our work according to its importance for example most important work should be done first and the least latter .There are other ways also for saving our time like first we have to maintain our day to day schedule or you can say that we should prepare our time-table. Which will help us to know- How to do our work? Who will do the work? (In simpler words we had to just "PLAN" in this phase)
The next step is categorization of different work, like for example: There are 3 important work for us to do for tomorrow-all are important and we can not miss any single work also because every work has its importance in its own way the thing we can do in this case is that we can prepare a rough idea in our mind that how much time each work will take? And how to divide and schedule all the work that each work is done, nothing is left and we should have spare time also and then only we can say that "yes" we are utilizing our time up-to some extent The whole process can be called as "CATEGORIZATION" Next level that comes after this is "Alertness" or "Readiness" .It means that we should be ready every-time for any challenge that comes in our way. Today it is a competitive world and time runs fast therefore we should be well equipped with our time table to sort everything out. The next step is "Shifting of work " .In this we had to shift our work .It is the best way to save our time like its not possible for any human any expertise so what we can do? It will be very convenient and time-saving if we distribute some part of our work to some other people, the benefit will be that two different works can also be done at a single time this will be very beneficial for us only but the thing that should be kept in mind is that, we can not transfer our responsibility along with our work if the same work is transferred to us by some-one else we are always liable for the outcome. The last step that we can use in our scheduling is " Going through our time table again and again " this is the revision step in which we finally check for our schedules .We first see what was our primary objective for planning ? Then we will see that whatever steps or planning we had done for time consuming is up-to mark or not .The basic purpose of this step is to correct whatever possible corrections we can make in our planning if required. This is the way to manage our time. |
